Fort Wetherill State Park in Jamestown, Rhode Island is where the vast majority of divers in the area (RI & Nearby Massachusetts & Connecticut) took their first Open Water dives. The main Scuba Area (as depicted on signage at the park's main entrance) has ample parking as well as "porta potties" year round.
